What is a webinar?

A webinar is an online presentation that you watch on your computer, tablet, or device that allows you to watch the video with an internet connection.  Webinars are a combination of lecture, graphics, photos, and videos. 

 

How long is each webinar?

They vary in length from 1.5 to 2 hours, with some going a little longer.

 

Are you trying to sell me more services or products?

Definitely not.  Each webinar gives you real information you can use without the need for additional services.​

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital streaming, no refunds are available after purchase.  

 

I ran out of time, can you give me an extension?
We are unable to offer extensions on videos.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please contact me via email and I will process the cancellation based on the date of your email. If you are charged between the time you send your email and the next billing date, I will process a refund immediately.
